If you want to become better at drawing I would recommand read more manga or watch more anime, they should have the art styles you like, and start by tracing the outlines of the characters u really like, after a while you will become familar with the body shape and the lines of anime characters. Then you can start learning about shading and the dark&light. If you think you are not very good at drawing now, I think you should just do line art at the moment.(^-^)Y~good luck!!

the proportion of the figures are not right, i would recommand you trace a simple outline of a anime character, then refine the figure by shading or darken the lines etc.
